These terms govern your use of fairwayfellasgolf.com, including purchases from the store and bookings for golf days. By using the site, creating an account, placing an order, or booking a golf day, you agree to them.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

• All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe.
• We'll confirm your order by email once payment succeeds. A contract is formed at that point, not when you place the order.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels accurate but can't guarantee availability — if an item can't be fulfilled, we'll refund it in full.

• Golf days have a fixed capacity. A place is only confirmed once payment succeeds.
• If a golf day is marked sold out, no further places are available regardless of cancellations elsewhere unless we open a new place directly.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel a golf day due to circumstances outside our control (course closure, extreme weather). If that happens, we'll offer a full refund or a transfer to another date.

Don't use the site to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content (including profile photos, bios, or gallery images), attempt to access other members' accounts, or interfere with the site's operation. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

All site content — branding, product designs, photography, and copy — belongs to Fairway Fellas or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

We provide the site "as is" and aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under UK law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
